Enrolled Agent exam course

Become an Enrolled Agent — the highest credential the IRS awards, and the only one that lets you represent taxpayers in all fifty states without a state licence.

What the credential gets you

An Enrolled Agent is licensed federally by the U.S. Treasury. Unlike a CPA licence, which is granted state by state, an EA licence travels with you nationwide.

The three parts of the SEE

01

Part 1 — Individuals

Filing requirements, income and assets, deductions and credits, taxation of individuals, and advising individual taxpayers. Most candidates sit this first.

02

Part 2 — Businesses

Business entities, accounting methods, business income and expenses, specialised returns, and the taxation of partnerships and corporations. The longest of the three.

03

Part 3 — Representation

Practices and procedures, representation before the IRS, building and maintaining a practice, and the rules of Circular 230. Usually the shortest study period.

Service

Personal tax services

Personal tax preparation and personal tax planning handled by a licensed Enrolled Agent — someone who can also represent you if the IRS has questions later.

We work with individuals and families across the Plano and Dallas–Fort Worth area, and remotely for clients elsewhere.

Personal tax preparation

Federal and state individual returns prepared accurately and filed on time, with every credit you qualify for claimed.

Personal tax planning

Year-round planning so decisions about income, retirement contributions and timing are made before the bill arrives, not after.

IRS notices & representation

If a letter arrives, an Enrolled Agent can deal with the IRS on your behalf — audits, collections and appeals included.

Self-employed & gig income

Schedule C filers, contractors and side-income earners — including estimated payments and self-employment tax.

Rental & investment income

Schedule E properties, capital gains, dividends and interest reported correctly the first time.

Prior-year & amended returns

Missed a year, or spotted a mistake? We can file back returns and amendments to bring you current.

Service

Business tax services

Business tax preparation, business tax returns and business tax planning for owner-managed companies — from single-member LLCs to corporations with staff.

Small business tax services are our core: the businesses too complex for consumer software but not big enough to want a national firm invoice.

Small business tax services

Quarterly estimates, payroll tax questions and the practical filing calendar for a business that is growing.

Entity formation guidance

Choosing between LLC, S-corp and C-corp treatment before you file the paperwork, not after the first tax bill.

Questions

Courses & services FAQ

If you are new to tax, start with U.S. Tax Training — it builds the technical foundation the exam assumes you already have. If you are already preparing returns and want the credential, go straight to Enrolled Agent Exam Prep.

No. There is no degree requirement. You need a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN), you must pass all three parts of the Special Enrolment Examination, and you must pass an IRS suitability check.

Yes. Most candidates sit Part 1 (Individuals) first because it is the most familiar ground, then Part 2 (Businesses), then Part 3 (Representation). A passed part remains valid while you complete the others, within the IRS carryover window.

Both. Live sessions run online and from our Plano, Texas office, with self-paced modules for students studying around work.
